responsibilities included managing the day-to-day operations with

lowered the abandon rate to below 2% and increased the first-call

Technical Services Team Leader
responsible for day-to-day internal customer support on newly
developed Oracle-based application software for the yellow pages
industry, as well as all hardware, software, network and mainframe
