From initial Scope and Business
Requirements research and documentation, to gap analysis,
functional plan creation, Use Case & Test Case creation, reports
design, and testing of the real-time personalization module and
its interaction with the Interaction Platform (IP) and Analytical
Platform (AP), our services include support throughout the
implementation phase. Included in our services are:

Business Analyst responsible for evaluating the business and
technical requirements for Customer Relationship Management
(E.piphany E.5 Real-time Personalization module, and IP and AP
interaction), with on-going analysis, testing (Q/A level,
functional & regression testing), implementation, and
application support.

Provided initial Scope and Business Requirements documents and
presenting them to the IT, Software Development, and business
teams. Work with all teams to arrive at the best technical
solution for the business initiative.

Prepared Use Cases utilizing the Rational Unified Process
techniques, and test plans for Q/A level functional testing,
regression testing, and implementation phases of the project.
Participate in testing efforts for all CRM modules (Analytical
Platform, Interaction Platform (IP), RP and internal
implementation of online order entry used by the Customer
Service Representatives, or other such implementations).

Assist other business analysts, project managers, and software
development teams on all aspects of the CRM project (testing,
implementation and on going support of the RP module and its
interaction with the other CRM modules [AP and IP], reporting
and CSR use).

Prepare RP-focused reports for the business team via interaction
with the Analytical Platform (AP). Train the business team
members on the use of RP Manager and in the use of the report
templates and creation of their own reports.

services available throughout Connecticut and surrounding area for
as-needed and contracted projects.
$65.00 per
hour with a minimum of 2 hours/project.
